I rented funiture from a store and the day the were suppose to deliver they called and said we cant deliver because we found out that we cant give it too u because from our records it shows your sister owe us money. We also couldnt get in touch with your landlord. I had already thrown my previous funiture out. Can I sue for property loss and discrimanation.

You do not have a valid discrimination complaint.

The store is not responsible for what you did with your existing furniture.

Attempting to sue would be a waste of time. Go to a different store and try again.
