rent lady keeps threatening eviction in 5 days

We paid a deposited we've been living here over years all of a sudden people related to my renter moved in and well right now and other times we r behind $200 which r rent is $400 a month and shes telling us we have 5 days to move out then she mentions a sheriffs name saying he will get u out. Is that even legal and do we have to move out in 5 days? We don't have a contract with her either.

Are you saying you have no lease or any type of written agreement/contract - your staying there was a "verbal agreement"?

She can not legally force you out in five days, but yes, she can throw you out.
The police will not force you out unless she obtains an eviction order, and that takes weeks to get.
You can ignore her threats about law enforcement, but there is no telling what she might do if you owe her money.
Pay what you owe as soon as you can and hopefully she will calm down.

You could find a new home, get a fresh start in another place.
