Thank You in Advanced for the help and advice with my situation at hand. Here is the issue, an old close friend, who is an Attorney, opened a buisness Golf related. A driving range in Michigan. I went into buisness with him as a part owner of the Company. I then opened a credit card under my name up to $15k for the buisness, with the verbal aggrenment he would pay off the charges. He hasn't made any attempt and this was in May of 07'. I also finaced a Tractor through Kubota Credit with the verbal aggrenment that he would make the payments. Granted he has made alot of the payments as he should, but he missed three which RED Flaged my Credit Profile, and I had to make two payments just to keep me in good standing with Kubota Credit.

I need to know, ?Do I need a form to get my stuff? Is there anything I need to have in hand before I go and get my Property. I have all of the recorded proof of charges made on the card and the Kubota Tractor is finaced in my name. Does he have a leg to stand on???

Thanks for your time and input,

You should consult with an attorney so he can send a clear message, via a certified letter and with a clearly stated deadline that he needs to meet, that you would like to have this situation straightened out and have access to the truck so you can do what is in your best interest. Verbal agreements are enforceable, so make sure you have good records of all the transactions and emails detailing business dealings. If he doesn't respond to your request, then file a suit against him. Good Luck!
