Recourse against financial adviser's actions

Will have a good claim against my financial adviser who it appears ignored my portfolio and let my finances deplete thousands of dollars with no communication at all to me, it was put into a investment firm and then they stopped doing business with that account.

I don't see where you ask an actual question. However, a financial advisor does have some fiduciary duty over your money/assets. If you haven't already, get yourself a lawyer.
