I have a felony charge. When I was 18 I caught with a loaded gun under my seat. The gun was registered in my 21 year old friend's name. I didn't spend anytime in jail. I did pay a hefty fine.
I can't find a job, because of this. I would like to know if my record could be expunged.

If a record is expunged, that won't erase the felonious stain from public view. Only a PARDON removes those kinds of stains.

You really should have furnished the name of your state & how long ago this happened.

However, army judge is correct that an expungement doesn't remove your history from everyone's view.
