Hello i have a question if anybody could help us it would be great. We are a small business in Canada. We sell our own products possibly using copyright infringement selling T-shirts, promotional products, clothing, with popular TV show characters/quotes/logos/funny anecdotes.
We received a email from a big American television network stating that we have to:
1)remove content/products
2) tell them our revenue earned from the sale of the items, how many items sold..
3) They must receive a signed letter by mail within 5 days, that this will not occur again
They also state that if this is respected, that we will not have to pay anything and no action will be taken against us.
Then it says, something along the lines that no promises are made in this email.
Apart from removing the products, is any other action necessary?
Do we need to reply to them? Send them the letter?
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks
