My nepnew and I bought a condo both agreed that I will pay half of the down paymetn and help in the negative. 1) nephew- loan under his name 2) I told him when he gets some money to give me what I have put down so he can solely own the property. 3) after few months of both woner the condo- I wanted to secure my down paymetn by putting my name in the tittle which what we should have done after the closed of escrow. 4) after we did the quitclaim, nephew starting asking for escrow expenses for me to pay half in which he never ask for few months because of the previous agreement. Since my name is now in the tittle, he wants totally half-half partnership. 5) My husband and I agreed and start paying all the negative in the mortgage so I can slowly pay the difference of the expenses int eh excrow. 6) every time there's a expenses-nephew wants us to pay all like propertyty tax, hoa so we refused and we pay our half consistently. 7) I'm managing the condo for free for us since he lives in arizona. 8) he hasn't paid his other half of the hoa for 3 mothns now and give pushing all the expenses to us. What should we do... 9) we offered him to buy us out- no answer. we can;t cover for his half of the expenses, I think we shouldn't. Please advise.:no:
