Under a POA I completed all of the paperwork to list my father's condo for sale. Now that he has passed away, do I need to redo all of the paperwork as Executor of the Estate (after probate completion)? And for estate purposes do I need to have a property appraisal? The entire estate is probably no more that $110,000 and I am not inclined to hire an attorney to handle the paperwork here in New Jersey. Thanks for your assistance.
