I just recently discovered that the bank that sold me a property forged the signatures on the Quit Claim Deed also, the home that the bank sold me was in bankruptcy and the bank did not own the property. The Quit Claim Deed was recorded Jan.2001 The bank received the property May 2001. i was incarcerated for four year from March 2002 till Jan. 2006 during that time the bank claimed that I defaulted on a land contract obligation of which I did not do nor sign a land contract with said bank. As a result the bank reclaimed the property. DO I have a fraud claim?
