Personal Bankruptcy Reaffirmation Agreement Question

I have filed a Chapter 7. I am due to have a reaffirmation agreement hearing on Oct 15th. If my agreement is denied, how long typically will the court give me to turn in my vehicle to the bank. I am current on my payments.

You would need to turn it over ASAP-- you would need to make arrangements w. the finance company-- you could drop it off or they can pick it up-- I am sure the reaffirmation would go thru-- usually if the creditor is ok and you are ok then everything will be fine
