My jurisdiction is: India
I'm going to get married to a person whose Decree of divorce was passed on 17th Oct08. We are supposed to get married on 27th Feb09.
We haven't spoken to the marriage registrar yet. But we intend to soon.
Will there be any issue in this marriage? The divorce of my to-be husband was by mutual consent and the order is drawn in favour of them by dissolving the marriage. The case was heard in family court of a small city.
