I was driving my can and a bus stops in front of me. Not wanting to stop, I drove around the bus. However, another car backs out of his driveway and hits me. Neither driver was injured.

It seems the bus was stopping to allow the other vehicle to back out?
It sounds as if you may be the one responsible for unsafe passing.
