I am a Rent Stabilized Tenant

Landlord sent a Notice of Non Renewal which fails to states either 2524.3 (a) or (b) . It only states in general terms that pursuant to RSC and RPL landlord choses not to renew your Rent Stabilized Lease.

Someone told me that this is not sufficient notice to give me information to answer to and the notice is faulty flaws

Does anyone know if this is correct

If the "someone" wasn't a lawyer, or even if the "someone" is a lawyer, you can always argue defective service, improper service, etc... not subjecting yourself to the lawsuit.

I suggest you consult a NY licensed real estate attorney, or Google the phrase with which you seek clarity about.
