Hi,
I need some help. Please forgive me as this is my first time getting into anything like this. I've never been in trouble and i don't have a record but I really need some advice.
We were in a movie theater watching a movie and the guy behind me kicked my chair a few times. I got fed up and turned around but never said anything to him. He in turn made a sarcastic comment "Excuse Me...it's not like I took your baby" My husband was taken back by the comment and asked the guy what did he say. In return the guy tried provoking my husband to hit him by using profanity and telling to him to "sit the F*** down!" I held my husband back and finally calmed him down but the guy kept saying some thing. I turned around and told him to Shut the hell up and then I mushed his face.
the next thing I know we were outside talking to the police and they were taking our statement. The police officer did not arrest me but told me that the guy was looking to pressing charges.
Not sure whats going to happen next and what i should do. Please help!!!
