I am going through a divorce, and it was filed March of 2006, in June 2006 I quick claimed the deed to her. She said she would put the deed back in our names when the financal problems were over, they are, our divorce is not final. We are going to trial and she is try to keep the house, and won't put the deed back in our names. Was, is the quick claim legal because we were under the divorce decree(Can't sell,trade, or transfer property under the divorce decree), and what are my rights, does she still have to put the deed back in our names, by not doing so is it a violation of the divorce decree? What recource do I have?
