I have a question about FMLA.  Last year I requested a leave for personal reasons. (I requested to have modified work hours, 4 per day). I was never notified that this was approved by my employer and subsequently someone else was out for medical reasons so I never took my leave.  I have been given a written warning for late/tardy, most of which happened when I was supposed to have modified work hours.  Can these still be counted against me?  I only worked full days to help out my employer in a jam.
