If the company has a contract with another entity that all items will be sold at cost, then the items are marked up anyway and that other entity comes back demanding to see the invoices....and the boss comes back and says "change these to match what was billed to the client" - is this illegal?
Especially if lawyers and arbitration and all that stuff becomes involved?
I told them I thought it was wrong and they told me "companies do it all the time and its not wrong and if anything that they would be the ones in trouble and not me"
Is this an unethical thing they did or was it illegal?
