Hello, I have a question, I have an open DUI case in Hawaii, it happened back in January 2007. I was actually suppose to attended an alcohol abuse class, but I left the islands, so they are trying to go back to court & drop the case, but I have resently got a ticket for minor in consumption in Kansas. I have court in 2 weeks, will my DUI make my punishment worse? or what are my consequences? Thanks for any help..
