question about a will

Hi,

I am new to this site and would like a few questions answered if you can. I will try to be brief... My father who is presently very ill does not have a will and the only other existing will is my stepmother's will (She passed away two years ago) Everything was left to her siblings (House, Bank accounts, etc.) had my father passed away before her. Needless to say he inherited the house which was his to begin with (The house though, still has her name on it) My question is if my father dies before settling this matter, will the house go to my stepmother's family?

We would have to know exactly how the house is titled.

Your pa needs to do a will but that won't change how the house is titled.

Thank you for answering me and also the answer to your question is the title of the house is still in my Stepmother's name. I am worried that I will be stuck with alot of headaches if my father does not do something soon. My health is not the greatest either and I am the only one dealing with all of this which is why I am hoping to get some answers from you or anyone else who can help me.
