if a person purgered themselves either in court hearings (restraining order proceeding) and/or the documents pertaining to said hearing (sworn statements), is that punishable? If so, what is the likelihood of pursuit of charges, and expected punishment? Is there a statute of limitations on purgery?

Perjury is punishable pretty much everywhere………….it all depends if the DA want to do that or not. For some minor issues, they look the other way sometimes. It pretty much depends on the charge or circumstance or possible impact.
