Purchased 6 Power Saver devices for $596 at my store Dec 18. Wrote check to individual. Did research and believe they dont work and it is a scam. Sent certified letter on Dec 19 stating I had no interest in the product and please pick up. I put a stop payment on check on Dec 19. Individual called and said I couldnt have a refund as the product is used. They are just plug in plastic boxes. He is coming to my store this weekend. Did I do the legal thing? What do I need to do next?
