Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Public urination in downtown Fullerton

I just got s ticket at downtown Fullerton for public urination (didn't get arrested). On my ticket it explicitly says "Public urination". I already had a previous misdemeanor before this. How likely is it for me to bring it down to an infraction. (I am planning on getting a lawyer )

Possibly. Two times could lead to you being declared a sexual offender. Be very careful.
