I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and social services are planning to put my newborn baby into foster care at birth, i have previously had my 3 other children taken into care they are still unfortunately in care this was due to my mental health that i previously suffered from and the problems i encountered with my ex partner who i'm no longer with. i have made a new life for myself and my mental health has improved significantly, but they still want to take him from me at birth i am very worried about this and want to how i can ensure this does not happen and how i can prove to them that i can bring my baby up in a secure and happy home.

You absolutely need to speak with a solicitor. Because your other children are still in foster care, it would seem that social services still don't think you are fit to be a parent at this point.

(I know you're in the UK and this site is for US law, I'm actually from the UK myself - I do know a little about it ;) )
