Does yhe county clerck have to file a motion with the court to secure a court order for the delinquent tax lien sale of real estate property to cause a hearing or is following county procedure of notification of sale & posting notice in public newspaper considered due process even though I dispute the claims & have no contract to pay with the county?

None of that makes sense, and that approach won't save your property.

If you file bankruptcy, that will buy you some time, but even a BK won't save your property.

Do NOT keep starting threads to ask the same question.

Yes, you can sue anyone you want.

That doesn't mean you'll prevail.

The government gets what it claims you owe.
