I have had my property surveyed in preparation of installing a fence and I have been taking some trees down.
My neighbor insists i am infringing on her property and has posted a "PrivateProperty-No Trespassing sign" on the line between our properties.
She has never taken the time to have her own surveyor come out, but insists the property in question that i am currently excavating belongs to her.
She has on several occasions pulled out the stake markers and cut the string which I have put up from front to back marker.
To date, I have had the surveyor out 3x to re-mark the property line, so I can install a fence and I have also gone to Town Hall and paid for a permit to install this 6 foot fence.
I know she's going to be irate the day the fence company shows up to put up the fence.
What can I do ? Should I sue her for harrassment, trespassing ?
