Hi all,
thank you for taking the time to read this. my question is this. proposition 207 passed in arizona in 2006 this law is a property rights law passed to protect the property owner and I believe the town of chino valley has passed a town resolution which violates proposition 207 by forcing the poorest people in the town to have a sewer line put in to all the properties (and only these properties) in the poorest section of town. but according to proposition 207 due to their construction tearing up the streets in our neighborhood I believe they have devalued the value of my house, my neighborhood looks like a war zone, our once paved roads are now bumpy dirt roads and knowing the construcion company doing the job they will probably be that way for a year or more. I was trying to sell my house which didnt happen because everyone knew they were going to tear up the neighborhood. I am not the only one who feels disgusted and violated by what I consider a very unfair and economically biased town project which makes the poorest people in the town pay for a project they not only didnt want but will recieve no benefits from. I am about 80 % sure there is a legitimate case here. Is there anyone out there who will help the little guys fight for their rights. please feel free to contact me jamesd1961@hotmail.com
