A temporary retraining order has been filed. The issue I'm having is property control over a vehicle. That is in both are names. What do I need to file with civil courts because the family law said it's a civil matter. This is in riverside county 's

As for your problem, I take it that this is somebody you were not married to and both your names are on the title.
