Procedural Question

I have a curiosity question that maybe you can help with. My attorney was unsure about this but; Do Magistrates even hear full day cases or would the case be moved up to the judge? My attorney seemed to think they didn't and we would be moved but he wasn't sure. Do you have any idea?

I don't know what court your in or what the issue is. My guess is that if the matter is of a serious nature, magistrates would not be handling the matter. Your attorney probably has a better feel for the issue as well as the local courts in your county. My guess is that he or she is in a better position to give a best guess as to the answer you're seeking. Good luck.
