My ex is on 5 year probation for felonies of theft and larsen while under the influence. He was sentenced 2 months ago, and he got a DUI this weekend.
He also has a criminal record for 4 other felonies from 11 years ago.
I understand he needs to pay for these crimes, but I am curious as to what the judge will be sentencing him and how much prison/jail time he will be facing...

Your honey could end up getting revoked and sentenced to do a full nickel on his PV?

His DUI punishment will pale in comparison to the nickel he's facing.

All he can do is shut up, ask for a hearing and a public defender.

Sadly these folks are their own worst enemy.

They also hurt nice, decent folks like you.

I'm sure you had warned or cautioned him many times.
Yet, he CHOSE not to listen to you because he's smarter than you.
However, you're FREE and he's caged (or soon to be) like a rabid wolf.

If you want a better life, begin to detach yourself from people who, despite four, five breaks, keep choosing to lose.

I just talked to him and found out he hasnt called his parole officer.
I am going to assume that's making things worse as well....

It's sad, but many people like your guy simply don't care.
You're trying to help, and he continues to mess up.
You can't imagine how many stories just like yours that exist.
They make promises in the morning, and break those promises an hour later.
