Hi, my brother-in-law is on probation for various charges like larceny, identity theft, drug possession, distrobution accross county lines. If he was to start going to a methadone clinic, could his PO violate him for it?

He might want to read his probation documents and/or contract.

Usually SELF-REPORTING is encouraged.

But, you never know.
