I was recently violated for being on probation for a traffic violation driving without a license...I did not have a dwi that day but previous dwi on my record...One of my stipulations of my probation was to not drink alcohol. I had an alcohol counselor come to my home a few times and he got word that I was drinking beer at home so he turned me in to my probation agent and she violated my parole and sent me to detox and now I am in jail...She wants to violate me for up to a year in jail...Is there any civil rights attorney that could tell me if they can violate me for that long? I just want help not to be incarcerated for a year in jail...I have alot of health issues and pending surgery that I need to have done in a few months...Please help me out...Thanks, Mark
