My Boyfriend was on felony probation for 18 months, the charges were 1. BURGLARY OF STRUCTURE 2. GIVE FALSE NAME TO LEO and he had a 10:00p.m. curfew. He was 5 minutes late coming home one night when his probation officer came to do a curfew check and the P.O. violated him and sent a warrant to the judge. The judge issued the warrant and when my boyfriend was arrested on the warrant he got a new charge of DRUGS-POSSESS-CNTRL SUB WO PRESCRIPTION. Will the new charge also be a violation or was his probation terminated when the judge issued the warrant?
