I have a friend that received a 10 yr def adj probation in 2000. about 6 months ago they viol prob. What is the procedure on prob viol on a def. adj. prob.? Can they receive 10 yrs or could it be the maximum allowed under that charge 5-99yrs? there are extenuating circumstances on this case. will they be allowed to be factored in?

It is difficult to understand what you are writing about. If there is a maximum allowable within sentencing guidelines then that is what it is.
