Hey everyone...so here's my situation. I got on probation about 2 years ago for theft. It was a first offense. Then, back in July of this year, I committed forgery and got placed in drug court. Several weeks ago I relapsed and my PO found out. It was supposed to be dealt with via drug court, but my PO threw me in jail thinking he was "helping me," "preventing me from relapsing and dying," ect. He sent a report in to the judge. I got out of jail 2 days later. Now, I have just found out my judge for the theft issued a warrant and I have to go see her next week. I am terrified. What is the usual course of action for a first time violation? My drug court lawyer is coming with me... Does anyone know what they might do? My PO said they might just let me go, and that Judge McCleve may just want to talk to me... Could anyone with dependable experience give me some likely scenarios? Thank you so much...
