Our first was with WAMU and I have been told that BofA owns the note . . .
Has anyone gotten a principal reduction by BofA or any lender ... or by a judge in foreclosure? If so any advise would be appreciated ...

Principal reductions are possible but not easy to get. Explaining how to get one is far beyond the scope of this site. There are companies who can help you do just that. Search for Foreclosure defense in your area.
