I read what happened to the guy in LA. Happened to me once. My colonoscopy was supposed to be 100% covered as preventative but was upgraded to diagnostic because a polyp was removed. Cost me $1000 or so.

The medical industry and the health insurance industry are still scamming the public despite all this talk about transparency in medical billing
