I was arrested last year for Resisting Law enforcement, then a month later was given a Minor Consumption. Now I got a letter in the mail saying I am to be put on Pre-Trial Diversion in April for Resisting Law Enforcement, and just last week I was put on probation and convicted for the Minor Consumption. So my question is will the Minor Consumption charge affect my Pre-Trial Diversion program?(I asked the judge for my minor consumption and she didn't know.)
