Two days before my wedding, twelve years ago, my husband presented me with a prenup agreement that i was to sign. I guess out of panic and shock, i did sign it. But, recently, my attorney informed me that I wasn't legally represented in this prenup. Needless to say, the divorce final got pushed back until October this year. He has since tried to subpoena records of my representation, of which to date have no findings. He says that in all likelihood, there was some fraudulant activity involved, and that this would get tossed out in October by the presiding judge. If it does get tossed out, and it is found that there was fraud involved, is there any way for me to be reimbursed for legal expenses? And would I have any legal recourse against said attorneys?
