Pregnant Soldier Needing Divorce Advice

I am currently active duty in the Army. I married my husband who is in the reserves. I am stationed out of Fort Stewart. As soon as my husband went back to Oregon for drill, and he currently resides there with his mother, he was sleeping with other women. I found out I was pregnant before he had returned to Oregon. He has stated to me that he will continue to "live his life and do what he wants" he does not want to take any responsibility for the unborn child and told me he only married me for insurance. I have tried to file for divorce in Georgia, but was told since my husband was not a resident for 6 months I could not file. Also my husband told me there is nothing I can do about his extra marital affairs in regards to the military because I am in Georgia and he is in Oregon and I do not have pictures of him in the act with other women. My husband also has a history of being abusive. I went to the MPs and filed a report, but I was told that since I did not file a report when the incidents occured that it was nothing but an informational report. I feel like I am getting the run around and that there is nothing I can do. I have been trying to file for divorce but keep hitting the preverbial road blocks. Any help would be appreciated. Once you are a resident of GA you can file there but many states will not finalize a divorce while you are pregnant. All you can do at this time is take care of yourself and our unborn baby. His affairs probably will not matter. You can file for child support once the baby is born. It is his choice whether or not he wants to see the baby or not.
