How and what determines if I am a victim of Predatory lending. I have heard, read, and still do not know if I would fall victim to it. Yes, a lot of the guidelines suggest that I am. But, how do I know for sure? There are agencies out there that state we will do a mortgage audit for so much money, but there are no guarantees. Yes, I know that there are no guarantees, but what to do, and how to do it. Would an attorney be the best bet? I am just confused at all of the scams.
