If you sign a prenup agreement for your spouses business are you able to work as an employee in the overall finances for that business

the prenup is actually not for me I am the other family the one that owns the family business and my business partner signed a prenup with his wife who i have found difficult and is now very interested in doing our expenses ...i am concerned that this my cause a financial issue as I am concerned that she will be untrust worthy....I want to make sure that my business runs smoothly and remains there for future family members
