I am new to the forum and have a question. I live in NC and got a speeding ticket doing 38 in a 25 in a school zone. My driving record has been clean since 2001. Can I exercise a Prayer for Judgement under this situation and if yes, what does that mean and how would I do this? I have never used a Prayer for Judgement before. Thank you.
