Parole, Probation Post release merit time

I served a 2 year determinate sentence and was also sentenced to 2 yr post release supervision. I was released from prison after serving seventeen months (merit release). Today, it has been exactly 2 yrs. from the day I was arrested. So, I am now serving only post release supervision time. Can I write someone and ask to get off this PRS early? I am a role model to many, I don't have a criminal history (besides this offense), work volunteer, school, etc. I did my time, followed all of my parole officers instructions; I just want out of this now! What can I do? Who can I write to ask to be released from PRS?

You've only been on parole for seven months.
Your date of arrest has nothing to do with anything.
Besides, you max out in OCT, 2015 anyway.
You might just want to keep doing what you're told, rather than rocking the boat.

If you are allowed off the hook sooner, rather than later; your Parole Officer must be on board and the court must approve your request.

Despite what you think of yourself and your progress, your PO might have a different opinion.

So, start your discussions about this with your PO.
