Post-divorce issues

I'm at my wits end, please help. Recently divorced and the house was quick-deeded to her. My name of course is still on the mortgage and effecting my credit. I'd like to move forward in my life and purchase a new house, but she refuses to refinance to remove me or give me the house so that I can remove her. Nothing was mentioned in the decree as far as time frame to refi. What can I do?

You are going to have to take her back to court and order her to refi.

This stuff often is left out of the decree. You should never removed your name from the deed without a full refi being done to remove you from the mortgage.
