My 15 y.o. niece, who lives in DE and I haven't seen in like 8 years called me and asked me to come get her and bring her to my home in PA tomorrow.
She says she can't take living with her abusive step dad any more and is running away and wants me to come get her until we can get $ saved up to reunite her with her dad (my brother)in CA.
Can I go get her without getting into trouble with the law? I certainly don't want to be labeled as a kidnapper... What can I do without breaking any laws? Please help me.
