Possible alleged fraud by Social Services Agency

I am suspicious of a Board of Social Services Agency . Im just going to cut to the chase. Im trying to find out if I had or have monies that I could have used to pay for my own apartment and food instead of getting this government issued crap. Since I don't have access to up to 20 different Local County, State and Government wesites that a government agency does has access to through my Social Security Number to see if I have any hidden access before issuing out Food Stamps or a Section 8 Voucher. Who knows maybe I have a million dollars being held by a financial institution that they forgot to tell me about it.

Do you or can you offer me any legal services about this. Is there an attorney that will get answers? Who do you go to "Police" a Social Services Agency? To see if they are doing their job correctly and by the law?

If you we're to inherit a million dollars, someone would have contacted you.
If you doubt a local agency, contact your state's governor, attorney general, elected state senator and legislator.
