Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Possession (Marijuana)...please respond.

Last Friday I got arrested in Sterling Heights, MI for marijuana. I'd say I had no more then 4 grams on me. I got a ticket and all that jazz. It is only a misdemeanor. My question is I turn this ticket in pleeding guily will I have to serve 90 days in jail? On some sites I've read this. I have no history of criminal activity before this. I'll gladly pay up and do probatation. Anyway please respond if you know any information. It'd be a huge relief to know I'm not going to jail.

I dont know that states laws, but if it is your first offense of this type, and of that little quantity, i seriously would not worry about serving time. I would consult an attorney, at least for a free consultation. Or call the courthouse and ask if they offer any first time drug offender programs, like you pay extra fines, and do community service, etc.., and then it may even be removed from your record.
