i was busted for poss of mariuana and a prescription drug with no prescription the pill was valium. is i am not too concerned with the weed charge i have a recomendation for medical mariuana. so i am hoping that will be thrown out once all of my documentation works out. the valium pill was left in my vehicule after i dropped a friend off he was taking them w/o prescription i know that if it is in my vehicule it is considered mine in the eyes of the law i just can not see having a record for a single valium pill so i would like to know the directon that i should go too get the charges dropped wether it is pleading guilty to a higher MJ charge or ratting out my buddy (he ovbiosly wiil not be joining me in court.) i would just like any info on how to get the charges against me dropped thanks mike
