I know this question has probably been asked on here a dozen times so im sorry. I was arrested for poss w/ intent to sell. I got 3 years probabation and ability for adjudication withheld. What im wondering is what exactly this gets me.
Do I get my civil rights back like voting and ability to legally own a gun?
Is my record sealed? Would it come up on a background check like for a job?
And how much does the process cost if anything?
