POA and possible fraudulent behavior

I would just like to know if judges are willing to consider ordering forensic accounting of assets (large amount) where a family member has had POA and has co-mingled funds and put everything in her name only (three others are named in the will)?

Yes. If there is a large amount involved, it is worth your while to retain an attorney to get to the truth.
